Bricky's House is a very spacious 100 year old villa with a two
storey main house (110m²) and a one bedroom adjoining flat (40m²/450ft²).

a block away from the inner city limits, the business district and
city attractions are just a 15 minute stroll along the River
Avon. Bus stop is 200m from the house.
A well fenced backyard makes the outside safe for small kids,a public
green space in front of the house adds front yard (Heywood Terrace is part of the Christchurch
City Council 'Living Streets' concept).
The main house has downstairs a spacious lounge as well as a family
kitchen/dining with access to the backyard. Up the stairs there
are one generous (walk-in wardrobe) queen, one small double and one single bedroom,
a second lounge facing North with views into the Southern Alps and
a bathroom. The beautiful tiled fireplace, polished floors, art
on the walls and antique furnitures give Bricky's House a real warm
feeling. The house has all amenities you expect of a household nowadays:
heatpump, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc.
The adjoining flat has a lounge/kitchen, a bedroom with queen
bed, a
small study and a bathroom. In front of the apartment overlooking
