A well fenced backyard makes the outside safe for small kids,a public green space in front of the house adds front yard (Heywood Terrace is part of the Christchurch City Council 'Living Streets' concept).

The main house has downstairs a spacious lounge as well as a family kitchen/dining with access to the backyard. Everything you need to be self contained and comfortable is available. The apartment will suit single people/couples for longer stays as well as visitors to New Zealand as a base to explore Christchurch and the vicinity.
