The two Moa Cottages are located next to each other in a very quiet cul-de-sac with its own small city park (with kids playground) 5 minutes walk away from the business district.

They were originally built in the 1930's, recently saved from the bulldozers and restored to a very high standard, still retaining their original charm.

Each house has two bedrooms sleep a maximum of four people.

There is a lounge, study, kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave) and tiled bathroom with hot shower and underfloor heating, laundry area with dryer and auto clothes washing machine.

French doors from the kitchen/breakfast areas lead onto a sun deck and a courtyard.

The cottages have a size of about 65 sq.m. or 750 sq.ft.
